All orders process within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated, or for commissioned art. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and will include tracking information. 

Priority and international shipping is available for an additional charge.

Eric Jones is not responsible for USPS mistakes, lost or stolen items. Once an order has been marked delivered, we cannot be held responsible.
